Una struttura sanitaria costruita
attorno alla didattica.
Ambulatori attrezzati con tecnologie diagnostiche e terapeutiche avanzate, spazi polivalenti e una regia audio-video progettata per la formazione dei medici, in presenza e a distanza.

Il Centro Clinico e Formativo Agorà si trova in Via San Francesco d'Assisi 4/A a Milano. È una struttura sanitaria dedicata alla formazione: gli ambulatori consentono l'addestramento su paziente in condizioni controllate, mentre le sale e le aule ospitano corsi, sessioni pratiche collettive ed eventi riservati ai medici.
Il centro è inoltre riferimento per l'approfondimento e la gestione delle complicanze, ed è configurato per ospitare attività di ricerca clinica.

Percorso modulare per le figure di supporto in clinica e ambulatorio: organizzazione pre e post visita, comunicazione con il paziente, processi di qualità e gestione dei canali informativi.
Sicurezza laser
Sicurezza nell'impiego di apparecchiature laser (ROA) secondo D.Lgs. 81/2008 e norme CEI 76-6 e CEI EN 60825-1: classi, limiti di esposizione, zona laser controllata, misure di protezione.
Primo soccorso per figure non sanitarie
Riconoscimento precoce dei segni di allarme, attivazione dei soccorsi e supporto operativo al medico durante le manovre di primo intervento.

05 — Ricerca clinica e affari regolatori
Evidenza clinica per i dispositivi
della medicina estetica.
Filler iniettabili, fili di sospensione e impianti dermici sono dispositivi di classe III: la loro immissione e permanenza sul mercato richiede indagini cliniche condotte secondo regole precise. Agorà Servizi mette a disposizione struttura, rete clinica e competenza regolatoria.
Ogni indagine parte da due domande: come è classificato il dispositivo e quali requisiti deve avere il centro che conduce lo studio. Da lì discendono il disegno, la documentazione e i tempi.
Il quadro normativo
Le indagini cliniche sui dispositivi medici sono disciplinate dal Regolamento UE 2017/745 (MDR), dal D.Lgs. 137/2022 e dal DM 20 marzo 2023, che individua i requisiti dei centri presso cui possono essere condotte le indagini sui dispositivi di classe III e sugli invasivi di classe IIa e IIb.
Molti prodotti impiegati in medicina estetica ricadono inoltre nell'Allegato XVI del Regolamento, con obblighi specifici in materia di evidenza clinica e sicurezza.

01 — Clinical and training facility
A healthcare facility built
around teaching.
Outpatient rooms equipped with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, multipurpose spaces and an audio-video control room designed for physician training, on site and at a distance.
Reception, outpatient rooms and congress hall in Via San Francesco d'Assisi.
The Agorà Clinical and Training Centre is located at Via San Francesco d'Assisi 4/A in Milan. It is a healthcare facility dedicated to training: the outpatient rooms allow hands-on practice on patients under controlled conditions, while the halls and classrooms host courses, group practical sessions and events reserved for physicians.
The centre is also a reference point for the study and management of complications, and is configured to host clinical research activities.

Agorà Servizi S.r.l. is an accredited CME provider no. 1040 and designs, accredits and delivers the full training pathway in aesthetic medicine: from the postgraduate school to single-topic courses, from distance learning to the training of practice staff.

Clinical evidence for aesthetic
medicine devices.
Injectable fillers, suspension threads and dermal implants are Class III devices: placing them on the market and keeping them there requires clinical investigations conducted under precise rules. Agorà Servizi provides the facility, the clinical network and the regulatory expertise.
Every investigation starts from two questions: how the device is classified, and what requirements the site conducting the study must meet. Study design, documentation and timelines follow from there.
The regulatory framework
Clinical investigations on medical devices are governed by Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), by Italian Legislative Decree 137/2022 and by the Ministerial Decree of 20 March 2023, which sets the requirements for the sites where investigations on Class III devices and invasive Class IIa and IIb devices may be conducted.
Many products used in aesthetic medicine also fall under Annex XVI of the Regulation, with specific obligations on clinical evidence and safety.

Data processed
The website contains no data collection forms. Contact takes place by telephone or email, in which case we process the data the individual chooses to provide: name, contact details and the content of the message. For the technical operation of the site, our systems acquire, as happens with any internet communication, connection data such as the IP address, the time of the request and browser information.
Purposes and legal basis
Data are processed to respond to the requests received and to manage any resulting relationship, on the basis of pre-contractual measures or of the contract under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Technical connection data are processed to ensure the security and correct operation of the website, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Any further processing, such as sending informational communications, takes place only with consent.
Recipients and retention
Data may be processed by authorised staff and by suppliers acting as processors, in particular the email service provider and the website hosting provider. Some of these suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area: in that case the transfer takes place under the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the Regulation. Data are not disclosed publicly nor transferred to third parties for their own purposes.
Data are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, in the case of contractual relationships, for the duration of the relationship and the subsequent statutory periods, in particular tax and civil law ones.
Rights of the data subject
Individuals may request access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interest, under Articles 15 and following of the Regulation. Where processing is based on consent, this may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Requests should be sent to info@agora.clinic. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
